How long does it take to create my song?
Most songs are ready within a few minutes of ordering. In rare cases of high demand it may take up to 30 minutes. You will receive an email with a link to your song as soon as it is ready.
How will I receive my song?
You will receive a personalised preview link via email. From there you can listen to a 30-second preview, then unlock the full song to download the MP3, read the lyrics, and get your custom cover art.
Can I check the status of my order?
Yes. If you created an account, visit your dashboard at besong.co/dashboard to see all your orders and their current status. If you ordered as a guest, check your confirmation email for your personalised preview link.
What if I didn't receive my email?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact us at support@besong.co with your order reference number and we will resend it right away.
Song Quality & Revisions
What if I'm not happy with my song?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your song is not what you expected, email us at support@besong.co and we will revise it or issue a full refund — your choice. No questions asked.
What can I ask to be changed in a revision?
You can request changes to: the lyrics (mood, specific lines, personal references), the vocal style (male/female, tone, energy), the tempo (faster/slower), the genre or musical style, or the overall feel of the song. The more specific your feedback, the better we can match your vision.
How many revisions do I get?
We do not limit revisions. We want you to love your song. If after two or more revision rounds you're still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund without hassle.
How long does a revision take?
Revisions are typically completed within 3–5 business days. We'll email you as soon as the revised song is ready for you to listen to.
Downloads & Access
What format is the song delivered in?
You receive a high-quality MP3 file, along with the full lyrics as text and a custom-generated cover image for your song.
Can I share my song?
Absolutely. You can share your personalised preview link with anyone — the recipient can listen to the 30-second preview for free. Once the full song is unlocked you can also download and share the MP3 directly.
How long is my song available to access?
Your song link is permanent. If you have an account, your songs are always accessible from your dashboard. If you ordered as a guest, save your preview link — it does not expire.
Can I use my song commercially?
Songs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use as a gift or memento. For commercial use — such as in advertising, film, or broadcast — please contact us at support@besong.co to discuss a commercial licence.
Billing & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available where supported by your browser and device.
When am I charged?
Payment is collected immediately when you complete your order. You will receive an email confirmation with your order reference number.
How do refunds work?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll process a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
I see an unexpected charge — what should I do?
Email us at support@besong.co with your order reference and we will investigate and resolve it immediately.
